Welcome to my page, I hope you enjoy my work. Here is a little about me to help you understand more where I come from, where I am right now, and what I want to do later.

I started off at Vanier College where I began my journalism work.  For my final class, I produced a 24-page magazine related to music. It was an amazing experience, as I wrote, edited, layed-out and produced the magazine all by myself. In Cegep, I was also the Editor-in-Chief of The Vanier Insider, the student’s newspaper, where I conducted meetings, come up with pitches, edit, write, and approve everything related to the newspaper.

I then started off at Concordia University in the Journalism program. Since starting, I’ve been part of the Jeux de la Communication, a French case-competition related to topics in communications against 9 other universities in Quebec. I am currently the News Editor of The Concordian, and I’m working with Montreal’s #1 radio station, The Beat of Montreal, as a Street Team member.

Included in the experience of being a news editor, I had the chance to interview big names such as Mohamed Fahmy and Homa Hoodfar, and also to cover a conference given by Edward Snowden. One of my goals, is to interview more important and inspiring people like them and to inspire others through my words. Another goal of mine is to become a head chief of a music related magazine, and eventually to become the press director of major musical events such as The Grammys.

As you can see, I’m a big dreamer with big goals. Although, I believe that with hard work and determination, I will be able to get where I want to go. I am not sure where the roads will take me, but as long as I have a note pad, a recorder and a camera, I will follow them.
